A Note From Our Owner
Why We Do This Work
Dear Facility and Property Managers,
If you manage commercial buildings in Maine, you already know how much depends on the equipment you never see — the boilers, rooftop units, and walk-in coolers that keep tenants comfortable and product safe. And you know how frustrating it is when the contractor responsible for them is hard to reach, hard to hold accountable, or quick to blame someone else.
When I started MacPherson Werks, I wanted to build the kind of mechanical contractor I'd want to hire: one that takes full responsibility for the work. That's why we design and build our own systems. You get one company, one contract, and one person to call — not a chain of subcontractors pointing at each other.
The military taught me that results come from preparation, discipline, and attention to the smallest details. We run every job that way, whether it's a single rooftop unit or a refrigerated warehouse.
If you're looking for a contractor who answers the phone, shows up prepared, and stands behind the work long after the job is done, I'd welcome the chance to earn your business. Give us a call or send a message — I'll make sure you get a straight answer and a plan that fits your buildings and your budget.
